Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

  • Looking at Individuals willing to work as Private Bankers in a stress free environment
  • Matured Mind-set with a sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial bent of mind
  • Compensation Structure would be more Entrepreneurial i.e. Low fixed but high variable structure
  • No product specific push, bankers are free to distribute products basis client suitability and Business Approvals
  • In case of a CRO exit they are free to take their clients along and we continue to pay them the referral fee i.e. a share of the fee received on their client’s live AUM with Accumen.

Product research and client engagement

  • The job will evaluate researching on various mutual funds, to arrive on a suitable list of funds to be recommended to HNI clients / investors
  • Financial Planning for clients basis their risk profile, financial goals, existing assets and savings
  • Interaction with various Mutual Fund providers
  • Client Portfolio Updates and Reviews
  • Working together with the Co-founders for strategic initiatives for growth of organisation
  • Ensuring smooth execution of client transactions
  • Reconciliation of revenues
  • New client acquisitions
